Our pieces are created through a carefully selected production partner who specialises in made-to-order garments. Each item is produced specifically for your order, allowing us to minimise waste and focus on quality over excess.

Yes — we ship worldwide. Orders are sent directly to customers internationally, with shipping options and costs displayed at checkout.
✧ How long will my order take to arrive?
Each item is made to order, so please allow 5–10 business days for production before dispatch.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Standard international shipping: 10–17 business days
Express shipping (where available): 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs processing.
✧ How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. The final shipping price is always shown before you complete your purchase.

Because our items are made to order, production begins shortly after purchase. For this reason, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund so you’re looked after promptly.
✧ Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As our garments are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference.
